We need on average 7 days to customize and print your design. Shipping included, please account for 14 days between order and delivery into your mailbox.
We cannot speed up our production process. However if your order is over $200 and you need express shipping please get in contact to discuss the options.
Since our production process is largely standardized we do not normally send previews upfront. If you are ordering 20pcs or more using the same design, we are happy to provide a preview.
Within 48 hours after ordering we can often still change it. Please get in touch as soon as possible. After 48 hours we have started the customization process and cannot cancel the order.
Our products are personalized, and there cannot be returned. However if your item is faulty or not according to your instructions, please inform us and we will either replace or refund your item.
